Any threads on replacing Knock Sensors?

I have a 2005 3.3 liter and the code says I need to replace the knock sensors. I have searched the internet and found that they are under the intake but there are no good step by step directions out there.

Has anyone done it and is there any threads on it? I have searched with no luck.
