Default Hiace Timing Belt

I'm a new owner of a 1992 Hiace Supercustom diesel. It's got just shy of 70K miles, and I want to change the timing belt & water pump. Any suggestions where to go to get ahold of a factory service manual (in English)?
Also, anyone have a forum link to info about the general procedure, and whether I'll need to get ahold of any specialized tools before starting?

Thanks for any help!

The water pump may not be driven by the timing belt, but like many other engines, it's just good policy to replace it when you replace the belt. Timing belts are usually in a position where they require removal if you want to replace the water pump, and timing belts don't like oil or water, so if the pump seal fails it may take your new belt with it.
