Default dome lights stopped working

I have a Toyota hiace van from 2003. I was replacing the dome lights in the back for stronger brighter LED versions, but now all of them stopped working. I guess i accidentally blew the fuse.
I found the fuse box near the clutch, but i have no idea which fuse is the one for the dome lights, if it is in that fuse box at all. The central lock, radio, heating,... everything else still works.

You'll find a few diagrams here. Let me know if this helps...

Ive had a similar experience with a late 2005 Hiace Commuter. I bought it with both the rear Domes out. Bulbs were ok though fuses missing. I replaced the fuses (marked RR DOOR 30A and BACK DOOR 30A on the fuse box lid - in the engine bay) and still neither light works. Front dome light works fine. The vehicle was bought be me in excellent unmolested condition with the exception of a Tieman Wheelchair lift that I removed today. All of the power for the lifter went under the chassis so I wouldn't think there was any connection. Any ideas what's going on here?
