Default 2006 Matrix XR needs new suspension recommendations

I have a 2006 Matrix XR with 172,000 miles in need of suspension replacement on all four corners. My first requirement is to find shocks/struts/spring assembly for the rear end so that it won't sag under a cargo load. I would welcome your suggestions for OEM/aftermarket suspension to handle a heavy load!

I'm not too particular about the front end, just looking for something decent to smooth out the bumps around town.

And if some possible solutions resulted in a higher ride height akin to a Subaru CrossTrek, I would also be interested in those options as well.

Thank you!
