Stop Running with Engine On

Hi, I have 2004 Toyota Matrix XR Wagon. While the engine is on, the car will not move to forward or reverse even using all the gears (P, D, N, 1, 2 3). Not sure what the problem is or if it is for transmission? The engine checked is for P0171 and P0133 and believe the cause of not moving is not related to sensors or gasket or maybe. Anybody can help please? My son got stacked in the road last night with the cold weather here in Toronto and need to push the car. Thanks for your help.
