Would my 2009 Toyota RAV4 V6 beat an Audi A4 2.0t?

Ok, maybe it wouldn't beat a Bmw 328i, but it would definitely beat an A4 right? I mean those only have like 200 horsepower! I bet a Sienna minivan could even beat one of those
note-the RAV4 V6 has 260 hp and does 0-60 in 6.7 seconds

hp means nothing. its all about torque. more torque means you can accelerate faster.


sure, might have more power, but keep in mind, its a much heavier vehicle...

even if your rav4 is fast in a straight line, the audi will MURDER the crossover suv on a circuit track.


btw, keep in mind, most sienna's are fwd. yea, some are awd. but regardless, audi is meant to perform. sienna and rav 4 are meant to get from point a to point b

geez dude ur talking about racing rice machines haha, a real race is a gto vs. a gt mustang or a 350z against a gt mustang u know something fast, ur talkin about a damn family suv type of thing and an A4 audi haha there's audi's that are fast like the rs4's and the new tt's but not no new toyota that is fast, only fast car they ever made was the supra. hey guy, have fun racing your slow machines. i can run faster than your rav4

The RAV4 will run circles around the Audi during the times that the Audi is being repaired. At no other time will it compete.

I have owned two RAV4s and an A4. The A4 was a dream to drive when it wasn't in the shop. The clutch went in under 2 months, radio just after the warranty expired, engine controller (which took out the catalytic converters)... The RAV4 that was bought the same year lasted 9 years with only routine maintenance.

A4 handled better in snow too. Though the windshield wipers kept blowing the fuse until they put in a bigger one, some to think of it.
