Why won't my turn signals work on 1999 toyota corolla?

It's not fuses.I will move the stick and there will be no sounds or lights. I cant tell if it's a relay or what it is.

A 1999 Corrolla would be time expired.

Try changing the flasher unit in the fuse panel under the dash.

if none of them work, you may have a loose ground,, i check for that

I agree with the flasher unit It,s in the fuse box,when that goes bad you get nothing for signals.It,s usually a square or round shaped plug much bigger than the fuses.
