I don't have any stop lights.i checked the fuse and is good.the light bulbs are good too.my question is,where is the stop light relay.or is there another fuse.

If the bulbs are good and the fuse is good, its most likely a brake light switch thats connected to your brake pedal to tell the brake lights to come on when you press the brakes
