Which is the most bad thing what can you indicate to me about this car?

Great car; just don't expect it to be a stump jumper. People think all SUV's are Jeeps which they are not.

Toyotas are generally very good reliable cars and if you do the regular maintenance, such as change the oil regularly and get a tune up once a year you shouldn't have too many problems with it. A friend of mine has an older Toyota pickup truck which he's maintained regularly and it runs great for having almost 200,000 miles on it. He's never needed any major repairs that I know of and he has no plans of selling it any time soon. I think you'll probably e very happy with it.

Just keep oil changed. You'll love this car.
