My 1998 Toyota Avalon has been making this horrible loud sound when I turn the wheel to the right and putting on the brakes and lately when going straight and down a hill with the brakes on. I have put a new barring and hub assembly on the driver side front and had new brakes on front and back and also the front rotors turned. It has been raining now for a few days and had not made the noise but when the rain quits and the road starts to dry the car makes this loud noise again. Please help the Toyota dealership is costing me a fortune and I have another appointment this week! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
