Problem with the fans "turning on" after engine is turned off. Never did this before. Engine is not over heating, temp gauge is below midway point. Fans will not turn off. Tried pulling the fans relays in the Fuse box, did stop them but will still keep running if reinstalled even if the engine is dead cold. Can someone help? Thanks!
