I believe they are used in africa and other places-probably not usa or canada. just wanted info on the 2.4 diesel engine used in the 90s and the hiace industrial model.

I've heard from several people that the 2.4l engine is not reliable. Sorry that I can't think of the specific problems I've heard. However, the 2.8l seems to go almost forever.
