before I take it to a mechanic? I noticed my toyota tercel has been leaking a little bit oil when it is parked. Is there anything I can do to fix it before I take it to a mechanic. I am on a limited budget so if I want to try anything I can to fix it myself first. Any help is appreciated on this.

It is probably just leaking from the oil pan drain plug due to a worn plug washer. Its nothing serious unless you are leaking a lot of oil (enough to cause an actual puddle).
