Re-torque drive shaft bolt
Lubricate propeller shaft

I almost have 15000 miles on my car and it's almost time to get it serviced is it necessary to retoruqe the drive shaft bolt and lurbricate the propeller shaft? because i called in to the dealership and the guy was like what are you talking about. He also said if i get a oil change there he'll do those stuff for me.

honestly, i just think its one of those things the dealership does just to get you to pay them. it seems like they're doing a lot to help you for 200 bucks. but retorqing bolts really only takes a monkey to do. and i highly doubt your drive shaft bolt will come loose...there are lots of RWD and AWD cars that don't get drive shaft bolts retorqued...you shouldn't really need that unless if your an offroader or a racer.
