The timing went out on it and was replaced. I just put a starter in it. It has no compression in any cylinders. It sounds like the motor is just turning but not firing at all. I checked spark, and there is next to nothing spark.(turn the engine over every second i see a spark) Anyone have any idea what it could be??

the valves are bent and the pistons are likely damaged.. this is what happens when you wait for the timing belt to break..it is done.. stick a fork in it.. sell it for scrap..

may not be totaly shot timing may be off a bit still or cold have some damage to the head
