My Tundra sometimes starts normally, but other times I have to turn the key 2, 3, 4 or more times before the engine cranks. When it fails to crank when I turn the key, I hear a click noise. I have had it to the dealer, but they said that they could not reproduce the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You need a new Starter.
