There are still a lot of new 2008 model Toyota Highlanders on the lots where I live but they are still selling around $30k. I see specials on 2008 Highlanders such as $2000 cash and 0% financing. Am I able to use both of these specials? Or is it only one or the other? How much would I be able to talk down the price on one of these cars?

Hi,
You can take the rebate or the financing. But you cant take both. Sales have declined rapidly for the past couple of months so you should be able to get it at $300 below the invoice price. What trim are you looking at? What options are you interested in? 4wd? Leather? Sunroof?
By the way, I recommend the zero % financing (if you qualify, that is).

Go to www.toyota.com
Type in your zip code
And look at the incentive deals currently going on
Some of what Toyota is offering right now is choose one or the other
And they are also offering one AND the other
So, when he says you can have both, that isn't true, on some Toyota models, you CAN have both
The way the economy is right now, I would make an offer somewhere around invoice, and if not, go back to www.toyota.com and click on Build Your Toyota, and it will give you the MSRP of the car you custom built, bring that with you to the dealership
Good luck
