...toyota MR2, what would cause this? I have a 86 toy. MR2. Have replaced the fuel pump and every relay in the car, have checked for open circuits and bad fuses, bad grounds etc. Every thing checks out and all relays checks to specs, however when you check the pulse on the injectors there is no fire to them either. You can put 12 volts to the fuel pump and it will run but the car still will not start because the injectors isn't working... Is there something in the relays that signals the fuel pump and the injectors? are they on the same circuit? you can spray fuel in the throttlebody and the car will start. has any one ever came across this problem and if so what did the problem exsit of? I have checked the entire wire harness for broke wires, all the relays and fuses and circuit breakers and cannot find anything wrong, but still will not fire the injectors or run the fuel pump.
