promlems. should i buy it? the owner didn't drive the car for like 2 years so it might need tune-up and also the gas pedal does not go all the way down which reduces the speed, the brake light comes up when driving the car and also it needs inspection ticker for PA. Should i buy the car cos i need something to get me around now. The engine and transmission works perfect.
