I have seen all these cars used for around 10k. Which one would be the best first car for a guy? (coolness...mpg...etc.)

None are cool. They're all cheap heaps of cars.

The civic will likely get the best miles to the gallon.

Best? Hard to say. The Honda will have an easier engine to work on.

Toyotas are just as reliable, though.
