Brand new here and would like to introduce myself. My name is Jeff and I have owned my 2000 Avalon XLS for 5 years with little problems.

One thing that has always bothered me is the tan color on the steering wheel is worn off almost all the way around. I've heard others complaining about the same problem. I have found a steering wheel for a 2003 Avalon for a decent price. Other that the wood inserts on the '03 wheel, does anyone know if there are any other differences? Should it be able to work?

I have done a search of the forums and haven't found an answer.
