$ 5,900 for 200 Celica with 67,000 miles is acceptable, if the past history and a thorough check by a reputed (preferably Toyota) workshop give a green signal. If it has been sensibly used and maintained, she should not give you any problems.

Bolt on body kit parts are removable but the spoilers at front and back below the bumpers and on the sides need to be looked into if removable or not.
