I have a 1989 3.0 ZV-E Toyota 4runner. Heres my problem...When I start my car it fires up and runs fine, as soon as I shut it off it wont restart? I pull the rubber line that goes to the fuel regulator and turn the engine over and find out no fuel is shooting out, but it did the first time I started it?

Please only answer if you know what your talking about, no stupid comments please.

No fuel should be present at vacuum hose of fuel pressure regulator at all times,you said it did the first time started?Then the regulator needs to be replaced.Check fuel pressure,see if it drops fast right after engine off,which is sign of a leaking regulator.
