We recently purchased a 2004 toyota sienna and are having trouble with the rear audio. We are trying to use the headphones but it doesn't seem to work. There is a remote and when I pushed the on button it didn't seem to do anything. The battery in the remote does have some juice. Am I missing something or is there a problem with it.
