It's in average condition, has a worn spot on the floor on the drivers side. No rust on body but some rust on rims. Small barely visible dent on right bumper. Forgot to mention it's a standard (5 gears) clutch is fine.
No repairs just normal maintenance. We drove across Canada 3 months after we bought it and it's put even more miles on after that. I want to sell it because I have three young kids and we can't fit all 3 carseats in the back seat.

that is way too much for a 3yr old car......................What repairs or maintenance has been done thus far?

The buyer would definitely want to know, to make sure he/she doesn't get stuck with a lot of repairs.
