now the cold weather is coming and the problem of windshield fogging is back, all windows and windshield is fogged up and i try every combination with heating but fog does not go


on side note, coolent (green) is coming from some where under the dash board and accumlating on my foot mat on passenger side..

what could be problem and how to fix it

You have a leaking heater core.(supplies heat to interior!)
