I brought it under check, the answer revealed 4 possible errors: - Mass air flow sensor (or MAP sensor) - Air fuel ratio sensor - Intake leak - exhaust leak.

What error is the most likely? Or all of them? What should I do to fix it? Thank you so much.

Mass Air Flow sensor and Map sensors a car only has one or the other I do believe. Those are incredibly important sensors on a vehicle. But from what it sounds like you have some kind of air leak and that's probably what's throwing your Air fuel ratio and MAF or MAP sensor codes. So yah I'd get it into Toyota or independent shop.
