I'm looking for cars that might be good for a friend of mine. She is just starting to drive on her own, and her parents need help looking for a car. I've started looking at Supras. Are these cars good?

They're great sports cars, but they might be too much to handle for a new driver. I would look for a smaller, less powerful, and a more fuel efficient car for her to start out with...Maybe Corolla, Civic sedan, or If she wants something sporty, a Civic coupe.

nah, supras not good to start of with, its a nice sport car but it would be too expensive for many reasons insurance wise, expecially for a new driver. her insurance would equal out to the cars price in like 2 years. start of with something less gas spending, less quick, and less expensive as first car. Hondas and other toyotas are the way to go, try to look at civics, accords, celica(maybe expensive cause its sport), etc...
