Just bought a brand new Yaris last September, and my mechanic tells me the tires are completely done ( ALL 4!) I am not a bad driver, I do not slam on the brakes, or peel out, nothing like that. The car only has 13,000 miles on it. Isn't this a little pathetic? Should I complain to Toyota?

I have 25,000 mi on my 07 and they are fine but I switch out for winter with studded tires.
