Will toyota be having a one ton diesel in the Tacoma anytime soon? Or just a Tacoma one ton or just a diesel in the USA?

Well, some of the people who responded are right and wrong. Yes, the Hilux does come with a diesel, but not all of them. Plus it is not sold in the US.

Tacoma will never have a diesel. Tundra might. Plus, Toyota does make diesel engines. Ones that would work great in the Tundra. But, they are only used in larger cargo trucks and in Europe.

Hopefully they will get into it soon!
