I am looking into getting one of these three cars (or something similar size and price-wise). I currently have a Plymouth Neon that is getting close to 215,000 miles on it, so I am expecting it to die soon...
People who have these cars, what do you like, not like?
Others, what have you heard? Anything is helpful.
Thanks!

givin the choices i definatly would go for the rabbit. German cars are the best. Second chioce would be the yaris. The fit is the ugliest of the 3. Toyota yaris is a nice car they get like 30mpg in the city 40hwy.

I have a 2008 Rabbit (2 door, 5-speed manual) and it's awesome. I average about 25 MPG and most of my driving is in town. It's very comfortable, very quick, and has lots of room despite it's small appearance. I'm 6 feet tall and have leg, head, and shoulder room to spare...even in the rear seat. The car also has a pretty nice interior for how inexpensive it is; very simple, classy, high-quality materials. I drove it all last winter (I live in Iowa, lots of snow) and it gets around great in bad weather, even with the fairly low profile tires that came with the sport package on my car. The transmission shifts smoothly, has a nice feel to it, and a light clutch (if you're considering a manual). Overall, I'd say that I'm very satisfied with my car. My only bicker is that when it's cold out, something inside the dashboard rattles a little bit. Otherwise the car is fantastic.
