Without collision coverage I'm paying $40/month and with it would be almost $80. lucy 10-24-2007, 01:33 PM dont use kelly blue book for value of your car; no insurance company uses this; it is for "premium" cars; go to redmunds.com or nada.com; input the year, options and mileage; it will give you an accurate value of what this 98 is worth today; now say that the true value is 2000; if you are in an accident and your car is totaled, you company will pay you 2000; the question is, do you have enough money to purchase another vehicle (used or new) if your car is in an accident? if not, add the collision to your policy; good luck |
