I dont know if its coming from the rubber trim of the door or the lock mechanism of the door. It is really annoying, I tried bringing the car to the dealer but they say they cannot duplicate the sound while test driving it. Any suggestion?

Yes. Problems are solved working with one mechanic and bringing in car until the noise happens. Or, you can pay 85.00 an hour to check door and other mechanisms. It could be the door handle going which costs about 165.00
