im in the market for an suv ive narrowed it down to these two,which is better in terms of build quality,reliability,functionality,space, looks and resale value,which do you recommend overall? thanks for your inputs

RAV 4 they look better they both hold their resale value about the same but i personally like Toyota better

They are almost equal in every sense of what you are looking for. You really can't go wrong with either one.
I think the functionality of the Rav 4 is a tad better, but it is all about personal preference depending on how you like the layout of the vehicle, etc.

I would highly recommend the Rav 4 if you are in the market for the 6-cylinder. The 269HP engine really gets up and goes, and it still gets respectable mpg.

Personally, I would go with the Rav 4. The CRV is a very close 2nd in this segment
