View Full Version : Tire pressure for 1999 Toyota 4runner? camillesays 07-08-2008, 02:42 AM sr5 i think 2wd rick c 07-08-2008, 02:43 AM Don't look on the tire sidewall (that # is the maximun psi the manufacture says is safe).Do look on the driver's door jamb decal for Toyota's recommended psi.Note-the car manufactures (including Toyota) recommend a psi that helps the vehicle ride smoothly.I would recommend going slightly higher, maybe 35-36 psi (the higher you go the better gas mileage you get & better tire life BUT you will feel a lot more of the road). The # on the sidewall is way too high though. kneedeepkz650 07-08-2008, 02:43 AM look on the sidewall of the tire it says right there.if it says 35psi set at 32psi.if it says 44psi set at 40psi |
