...transmission and manual transfer? The service book for my standard transmission 5-speed manual 4WD Corolla shows only drain and fill plug (singular) for the manual transaxle, but talks about there being more of them. Also, the service book does not mention draining the transfer case. Nobody around where I live seems to know; I don't want to turn some bolt thinking that it is a fill or drain plug when it really isn't and mess up something. Does anyone have links to pix or diagrams on where the transfer fill and drain plugs are located?
Oh, yes, I know about the rear differential fill plug and drain plug. I'm wondering about the transfer case and other plugs. Example, I see 2 fill plugs on the transaxle, but the service book only shows one of them being used to fill the case. What is the other one for?
