I was just wondering which car is better for drifting... I've heard from many that Skylines are the best whilst my friend says he can get a Supra to do so much more. If you have any experience with either car please share some information, thanks!

Supra is better for drifting.

supra coz the skylines have independant rear steering (back wheels turn slightly when steering.

Supra because Skyline GT-R's are AWD and AWD cars are hard to drift.

the supra because the skyline is all-wheel drive and the supra is rear wheel drive.

Both are great cars for drifting drifting wise the Skyline models used tend to be the GTS GTS-T GTT GT models due to the fact they are RWD models and with the hicas 4 wheel steer system owners add a lock out bar which takes care of that.The GTR and the GTS4 GT4 models are the skyline AWD versions.

There is loads of footage of skylines,supras drifting on youtube and loads more sites also these are used as well as other cars in the D1 Japanese drift team..

Myself have owned a R33 and a R32 and believe me both love going sideways the R32 was better in my opinion as it felt lighter and have more lower end power, every roundabout
was drifting fun.Even with Hicas.

Really your best asking on the drift forums and from owners who drift them both.

My personal opinion I would drift a R32 after owning one and driving my mates MK4 supra and my R33 the R32 seems to me to be the better tool for the job,Also my old R32 drives and feels not engine power but the way it drives very similar to my old 180sx s13 i wasn't surprised when i found out those cars share similar parts.So again another great drift car the Nissan S13.
