Does anyone have one of these Cruisers? I want to get an '08 next year and just wondering what the reviews are like. Has anyone had any problems with them - machanical or cosmetic?

It's built on the 4Runner platform.

Biggest downfall for the FJ is that it requires premium fuel at the pump. That really adds up at $3+/gal.

I'm not big on the styling, but that's subjective.

DO NOT BUY THE FJ CRUSIER! I love toyota cars including this one, but in the consumr report it had a very very low score. i think it had a 30 something so it wasn't recommended. i hope toyota would make a better one after a few years. I also want one but the reports are just so low.
