Anyone have any first hand experience with either of these cars? Trying to decide which to buy between the two and am wondering how they stand up a few months down the line.
Thanks!
Thanks!

View Full Version : 2007 Toyota Yaris vs. 2007 Hyundai Accent (hatchbacks)? echo_ann 10-24-2007, 01:25 PM Anyone have any first hand experience with either of these cars? Thanks! chelsea â¥'s u 10-24-2007, 01:25 PM Toyotas is alot better make then hyundai if i were u i would try looking at the toyota supra its a reallly good car Hakem 10-24-2007, 01:26 PM They are both reliable this time around, so I'd say It doesn't matter, But If i had to choose, I'd pick the Yaris. It has more interior and cargo room. Plus Slightly cooler looks. Sako Tiberious 10-24-2007, 01:29 PM Japanese cars = history of being good Korean cars = history of being crap juanitodude 10-24-2007, 01:30 PM I would go with the Toyota because they have been known to last the longest. Hyundai's always break down, thats why they have a a 10 year or 10,000 mile warrenty. Huba 10-24-2007, 01:36 PM The Toyota has a better repair record than the Hyundai - just look at Consumer Reports. My Toyota (a Corolla had 175K miles on it and I had to replace the battery, tires, and alternator on it over a ten year period. Minor maintenance in the scheme of things. Hyundais are trying to win buyers by offering a longer warranty which is the company's way of creating an obligation on their books that is years away. By doing so, they hope to sell more cars now to build up cash reserves for the problems that will come later. Don't forget to look at the Scion. |
