I flushed my radiator about 2 months ago with the green coolant. However, when i gave my car for a timing belt replacement, i found the coolant is replaced with a red liquid. Is it Dexcool? I heard it is really bad and can cause problems ?

Original Toyota Coolant is Reddish in color!
