...Chevy Silverado 1500 PU? Okay, We have 2 vehicles that need to be inspected and have been told that they can not be inspected with the check engine light on. We have fixed the problems in both vehicles but the light remains on. My G-ma gave us the Tacoma and said the light been on and off since she got it but, I've had it for about 3 years now and it's been on the whole time. My husbands truck (the Chevy) had an exhaust problem and he fixed it and his check engine light will not go off either. His is standard. Please help me!!!
