Please ppl help, ive spent 1000 on my car already to cowboy mechanics. My car starts but wont rev, ive had the turbo replaced and pipes cleaned. If i press gas it rev up very slowly upto 2.5 and mechanics cant work it out, they seem pretty confident until ive had the job done.

could be timing issue?
