Hi all,

I'm very new to forums, so please bare with me.

I bought a 2003 Caldina GT-FOUR Turbo about 5 or 6 months ago, and man do I love it - seats are comfortable, handles real well and with a new exhaust; sounds soo nice....but I have a couple questions about it...

After owning the car for about 2 months, I decided that I wanted to give her a bit more boost, so here comes my first query; after installing the manual boost controller and adjusting with only a small amount of boost, when 'planting' my foot down, the car would start 'jumping' as if there wasn't enough gas going throught or something. Do you know why it did this? Does the ECU need reprogramming before adjusting the boost?

Since the car wasn't working too well with the boost controller, I removed it - now it goes normally again.

And for my second question; it seems that all gears (tiptronic) seem to have an 'over-drive' (apart from 1st) - so, when I 'plant' my foot in second, third and fourth, the car starts reving (as I want it to) but then the revs start going down a bit (as if it were going into over-drive). Is there any fix to this, or would it take a whole transmission change for this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! :)
