I heard mentioned on ESPN that Busch is winning so much because his car is "so technologically advanced than the rest of the field." is there a website or something that can explain what this means?

No, there is no website that contains private specs, or to my knowledge, even NASCAR'S guidelines. That was probably an off the cuff and remark, and I would take it to mean that Joe Gibbs Racing has the best, most experienced and motivated people in the industry, in their design and fab shops, and we all know that they are possibly working hardest on the engine program pre-emptively, with rocker arm problems at the All Star race, trying to make more horsepower in a non-points contest, while forfeiting a miliion dollar prize. The other teams like Hendricks especially, are plying catch up. That would be a similar off the cuff remark, or an untraceable fact. Again, it means that JGR are the 'class of the field' now in Toyotas they say, after being bridesmaid, or as low as #3 in Chevrolet, behind Hendrick and Childress. Their bold move changing makes paid off and caught everyone by surprise.
