Today I saw one of the new Honda's that sounded just like a 4 stroke streetbike, and it sounded amazing! not too loud, but very smooth. What modifications / performance parts would make my 00 celica sound like that?
It's not that I have a ugly car; its a black 200 celica with scion rims (some people say "thats your car?!?" when they find out it's mine). It goes pretty fast and stuff, and I wasn't looking for that loud, throaty mustang sound. I just was looking for that smooth sound that isn't too noticible.
The new Honda Civic Si has the Perfect sound; just like a somewhat quiet 4 stroke streetbike. Smooth and just loud enough to notice when you get close enough.
I am not trying to be loud and show-off'y, and if you have ever heard one of the new Civic Si's, then you would understand.
I was told an aftermarket exhaust tip would do it, but I don't want to get one that is too loud, like most of them probably are. Anyone have any experience with muffler tips?
Btw, I know how everybody hates that person who has that loud looks-like-its-upgraded car. I am not that person, and if you heard the new Civic Si you would get that. so enough with the asumptions...
