Basically, when all costs are figured, about what are they making off of each truck?

Full size trucks and SUV's are some of the most profitable vehicles made (not talking luxury vehicles) before the gas prices caused huge discounts. 5 years ago when gas was much cheaper it wasn't uncommon to make close to $10k/vehicle on GM and Ford trucks. I assume Toyota would be similar.
