I have a 2002 Toyota Celica GT and at night time my head lights are way too low and its really hard to see, I was hoping someone could tell me how to adjust my headlights, coz I've been looking around and I dont have any idea where I could adjust it... please help

see if the bulbs are sittin in place. Last time my headlights seamed kinda dim. I check the bulbs and they weren't even put in and twisted. They were just sittin inside the headlight assembly. After i pushed and twisted them in i could see better.
