we are having alot of problems at work and alot has to do with our equipment!
i have been looking and have been unable to find much info on them but i am looking for the average lift expectancy of an electric forklirt that is ran 24/7.
any info and/or links to info on them i would really appreciate.
our crowns show alot of warning codes, they overheat, levers do not work right.. we use single-double forks on both the toyota and crown and alor of the forks are bent/uneven. i am just looking for some proof that they are extremely warn and need replaced.

if your running toyota, they have a 2 stage lower lift.the first 5 ft fly after that they slow, its designed into it,average height of a pallet is 4 ft,the idea being you can stack very fast.if your hydraulics are fading, install a secondary cooler.
