We bought this car used and realized that all 4 seat belts won't lock! Maybe due to accident or is this a common problem?
How much is it to have the retractors replaced?

This happened to my '82 Celica. Rust in the door has siezed the G-Force weight that locks the belt. Just open, clean and oil!
