Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has attempted this? If so, what transmission did you use and how did you set up the clutch pedal, etc? In Australia these cars only came with an auto transmission, so I assume the firewall doesn't even have provision for the mounting of clutch pedal and a standard pedal assembly isn't available. Would a supra clutch assembly fit somewhere? Anyway, I appreciate your thoughts.

Regards,

Greg.

i'm in the process myself. the clutch pedal will require a little modification for it to sit right. all the holes are already there as if toyota knew people would do the conversions. a couple drilled holes and chopped the pedal bar and welded it to desired position. the only thing i'm unsure about is the starter. will i need the supra starter which my new transmission came from or can i just use the one in my cressida?

i am in the early stages of building a 1uzfe cressy. i have found a place local here that makes the r154 trans connect to 1uzfe. now what i need is ecu price and some ideas for cams let me know
